Privacy Policy

Effective 25 August 2026.

This explains what happens to information when you look at this site, when you pay for driving time, and when we fetch the logo from a site that has been listed. It sits alongside the Terms.

Who is responsible

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not profile visitors, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The page asks our own server for the current state of the car every few seconds; that request is served from a cache and is not tied to you.

What we hold

Your listing. The address you submit, the name and line you choose, and the logo and colors we read from that address. All of it is public by design, because that is what you are paying to show.
Order details. The amount, the time bought, the order identifier from Whop, and the email address they pass to us with the order. We use the email to reach you about your listing, not for marketing.
Card details: none. Payment is handled entirely by Whop as merchant of record. We never receive or store card numbers.
Server logs. Our host processes ordinary request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and secure the site. We do not build visitor profiles from it.
Messages. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record.

Fetching your site

When a listing is created we request the address you submitted, read the icon and any theme color it declares, and store a copy of that icon so we can show it without calling your server again. That request looks like an ordinary visit and will appear in your own logs. We do not execute scripts on your site, and we take nothing beyond the icon, its colors, and the metadata needed to identify you.

Why we are allowed to

Performance of a contract, to take payment, schedule your window and show your listing.
Legitimate interests, to keep the site working, prevent abuse, review orders by hand and defend legal claims. You may object to this; see below.
Legal obligation, to keep tax and accounting records.

Public by design

Names, logos, colors, amounts, kilometers, ranks and destination links are public. Search engines will index them. Do not list something you do not want shown.

Who else sees it

Whop for checkout, payment and invoicing, as merchant of record.
Cloudflare for hosting, database and edge delivery of this site.
Advisers or authorities where the law requires it, or a buyer of the project if it is ever transferred.

We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area; where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long

Public listings stay while the sponsor is on the leaderboard, which is permanent by design, and may remain in backups for a limited time after a takedown.
Order identifiers and amounts are kept as long as accounting, tax and dispute rules require.
Server logs are kept only briefly, for security and debugging.

Your rights

If the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. Write to fuelup@kevin-baur.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna. You may also complain to the authority where you live.

Content that is also published on your own website does not become private by being removed from here, but you can ask us to take the listing down.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly process data about children. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete what we can identify.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
